I have just become a CEM, hoping it will definitely help me in my career.

It is important because it will help me in continuous improvement of my practical knowledge, real life experience and years of industry knowledge and skills that would surely reflect the latest thinking in exhibitions and events management.
What made you want to obtain your CEM designation?
CEM designation is a globally recognized designation that demonstrates the highest professional standard throughout the exhibition and event management arena. It will help me in my professional as well as personal growth of career.
What advice would you give to an aspiring individual who wants to apply for the CEM program?
CEM designation will make a significant difference in an individual’s career in the exhibitions and events industry because it demonstrates career dedication, in-depth knowledge of exhibition management and skill set expertise in the exhibition industry.

How did you start your career in this industry?
When I was a college student, I was looking for some pocket money as well as a way to pay my college fees. One of my friends suggested me to do job on temporary basis / for few days as it will help me to earn and also there will be no obstacles in my studies as well. So, I had started my career in this industry as a part time worker.
How have you made a difference with your show or with working with a client by applying the knowledge you gained by obtaining your CEM designation?
I have just become a CEM and I will definitely apply knowledge I gained to make a difference in our show.
