Why is it important to maintain the CEM designation?
Continuing Education is essential for all industries.
What made you want to obtain your CEM designation?
After attending my first Expo! Expo! I was introduced to the CEM Program and felt the designation would be beneficial to me and my organization.
What advice would you give to an aspiring individual who wants to apply for the CEM program?
Do it!
How did you start your career in this industry?
I fell into this career, but have not looked back. I love it and the people in it.
How have you made a difference with your show or with working with a client by applying the knowledge you gained by obtaining your CEM designation?
Absolutely! Having “fallen” into this career, the knowledge I have gained has made me so much better at my job and working with my organization to grow and improve our annual show.
What was it that you did or implemented right after obtaining your CEM?
I added my designation to my signature!
What did you like most about the CEM Learning Program?
I loved meeting all the folks involved in the industry and gaining valuable knowledge from the class and my peers.

I am a Green Bay Packer owner.
