Program Description: In any business, listening to your customers is a crucial step towards serving them better and, for exhibition organizers, your exhibitors are your customers. While there are many ways you can show you’re listening, creating an Exhibitor Advisory Council (EAC) is one of the most highly recommended. So, why do so many organizers disband their EACs (or put off setting them up)? In many cases, the problem with traditional EACs is that they aren’t productive enough to be worth the hassle… fortunately, with a few simple tweaks, you can create a more modern and effective EAC instead! In this intensive 3-hour workshop, you will work through the process of reinventing your Exhibitor Advisory Council, with the support of our favorite trade show trainer, Robyn, and your peers.
