Chapters Leaders Council

The purpose of the Council is to address issues of common interest of IAEE leadership and IAEE’s Chapters. IAEE’s policy is to promote the welfare of its Chapters and to encourage cooperation between the international organization and its chapters. The IAEE Board of Directors chairperson will appoint the chairperson and board liaison for the council.

The council is composed of IAEE’s leaders including the chairperson and vice chairperson of each Chapter. The 2025 Chapter Leaders Council is charged with:

1. Maintain channels of communication among the chapters and between the chapters and IAEE Headquarters.
2. Encourage activities and programs that support the mutual interests of IAEE and the chapters
3. Share concerns and needs of members from the grassroots level.
4. To provide a forum wherein chapters can share ideas and concerns of common interest and identify common needs and goals.
5. Assist with the support of IAEE’s strategic initiatives and communicate those initiatives to chapter leaders and the local chapter membership.
6. Establish the sharing “Best Practices” for effective chapter management.
7. To encourage and maintain a cooperative and supportive relationship among IAEE and the chapters.
8. To formulate and review periodically requirements for chapter status
9. Chapter Leader development throughout the year with virtual roundtable offerings and leadership development.
