The Institute for IAEE members only, provides a tailored immersive educational program that develops one’s leadership competencies, skills and broad industry knowledge while creating a close network among participants through applied learning concepts, shared discussions, and self-reflection.
It’s about bringing together individuals who are interested in learning more about themselves so they can step up their leadership game, become effective strategists’ contributors, innovators and leaders whether it be within their families, organizations or communities.
Central to the MATSO Council culture is ensuring a wide-open exchange of ideas to foster discovering solutions, networking with other senior-level show professionals, guiding new strategies and policies, sharing ideas and making a difference. Each year a MATSO event will be selected to host IAEE-MATSO programming. In addition, programming will take place through webinars and at Expo! Expo! IAEE’s Annual Meeting & Exhibition. A complete schedule of events will be updated as they are identified.
IAEE’s Women’s Leadership Forum has been designed to focus on topics that are unique to women in the exhibitions and events industry. It is tailored for all women regardless of age, individual situation or current position held within their company. The forum will provide knowledge and strategies for attendees to succeed in their current positions, as well as motivation and inspiration to take your career to the next level. The Forum will give you the tools and resources while balancing life along the way.
